When Pigs Fly!

Today, the inspiration challenge over at Stamp TV, is to use checkered paper or ribbon somewhere on your project. Now, I usually use Gina K. stamps for her challenges even though we are permitted to use what we wish. I have never used these unmounted piggie cherubs out of my stash before, and just couldn't help myself!

My unmounteds are 99% unknowns, so if anyone has a clue, please let me know. I did use Pure Luxury card stock in the new Ocean Mist color. Isn't it pretty? My DP is from my scrap bin. Pearls and ribbon are my accents. Images are colored in Copic markers.

Well, it is hump day and boy am I glad. This has been a real long week for my family. Lots of hurry up and waiting. My DS has jury duty but has to call every night to see if they want him. So far, no go. My DD and her fiance have put a bid on a house and it was accepted. Then it had to go into attorney review. It came out of review yesterday and now house inspection is on Saturday. For those of you who follow her blog, she has been a wreck and could use a cyber hug. She just does not want to get excited until they tell her it is not going to blow up. House purchases in her area are very hard and they looked at almost 80 homes before this bid was accepted. Big sigh....... Please cross your fingers and toes and a little prayer would not hurt either. Thanks.

First your card is priceless!!! They are so darn cute! Second, sorry you are having a rough week too! Last but not least, will say a prayer for Dee, I know buying a house is stressful. My DD is going through the same, her bid was accepted so now it's wait until they move out and she can move in, she's cloud nine!
