All At Sea

Here is a card created for this weeks challenge at Cardz 4 Guyz.  It is Challenge 203, and is called All At Sea.  Collecting beachy/ocean stamp is like a hobby all it's own.  They totally fascinate me!

This card started with white and a turquoise card stock from Bazzill.  I stamped an ocean scene background stamp and a sentiment.  My message in a bottle is a stamp from Sheena Douglass.  I slit the wave and tucked it in  All are colored with Copic markers, and I used Glossy Accents and Diamond Stickles, for sparkle.  It still needed something so I cut and add some Impression Obsession sea gulls.

To all of our friends on the southern east coast, please heed all warnings and insure your family's safety.  Look like we may get lucky here in PA, but we all need  to keep an ear on reports.

You always make the greatest nautical scenes on your cards, and I just LOVE that little bottle floating in the ocean! Great seagulls too - one of these days I'm going to buy myself a set of those :) I saw a sign in our travels a couple days ago that said "OK, Who pissed off Mother Nature???" LOL She's really putting the hammer down lately! Stay dry - I'm praying for a little sunshine!

Absolutely beautiful, Mary Anne! I bet the sparkle on your beachy card is amazing! Love the scene you created and the seagull die! The sentiment is just perfect, too! Love it! Yes, thankfully this hurricane will not affect us too much but keep your eyes on the forecast as these things can be unpredictable. Like Carol, I am praying for some sunshine and less humidity! :)
