That Stinks!

Today I have a card that uses the "That Stinks" stamp set from Unity.  I will be entering this in the Friday, Friends with Flair share this week.

My skunk is a little mottled, since I was trying recreate one that I have had running around my yard at night.  I did this with my Copic 0.  It removed the color to give me some texture.  We also have one that is almost completely white.  I spotted him down by the lake, looking for grubs.  So, I am thinking that the mottled one is an offspring of Whitey.  ( I thought whitey was a shopping bag blowing around, until I saw it was going in circles.)  I used all paper scraps, my inks were Copic, and my sponging is SU! ink.  There was some fussy cutting, and  For embellishments, I used lines of sticky back pearls which I bought at a show.

     Have a fantastic weekend, everyone.

This is the cutest "sticky" card I've ever seen. You did a marvelous job with your Copic 0 to give you the texture you were looking for. I also love the sponging arund your die piece and those pearls are an ideal added touch. Have a fun day.

Mary Anne, you card is STINKIN' CUTE! (Pun intended! LOL) I love how your skunk turned out. I need some larger images like that to practice my Copic colouring on. I only have a few colours so far but I recently realized I have very small images to practice on!

Super-cute card. I love how you colored your skunk and the background with the bold floral print is perfect. How interesting that you have a white skunk and this mottled one. It would be interesting to see photos......but who would want to get close enough????! Ha. I think your recreations are good enough. :)
