I would like to share a water color I did, for my entry into the
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. This week we are asked to "Tie It Up". I used hemp twine as my tying agent.
This started with a kraft card base, and a scrap of designer paper that reminded me of murky water. The stamps used are as follows:
Mexican Garibaldi fish from Fred B. Mullett
Vintage Flourish stamp from Stampabilities
Sentiment from Unity Stamp Co.
Everything was stamped with Distress Inks in assorted colors, and then misted, or colored with a wet brush. My panel was distressed and the edges rubbed with inks. Twine was added, as well as brass brads.
That is it for now. Might be back later today. Thanks for visiting.

Mary Anne,
Love it, that is one big fish and the hemp is perfect
Your water coloring came out great and the hemp just goes perfect for this card. Very nice. Enjoy your day.
What a cool fishy card this is! I really like that fish stamp and especially the colors and distressed edges! Nice take on the challenge!
