OWH/Lawn Fawn Mid-Week Throwdown

     Here is my card for the mid-week throw down challenge, over on the Stars and Stamps Blog.  We are asked to create a card for our hero's to send home to a child.  It is suppose to include scallops.  Here is what I used.
