All of the papers are from my scrap bin, except for the gorgeous embossed lattice layer, which was a gift from my friend Carol. Thanks, Carol! I used some spring green satin ribbon and white tulle to balance my roses and then tucked in a few fern punches for my greens. My sentiment is from Amuse and is stamped on a SU! punch out that my DD gave me. All of my sponging is done in SU! Blushing Bride ink.I think that the key is to break down the fibers in the paper petals so they are easier to work with. Definitely not a failure! I think those roses came out beautifully! And the tule and ribbon etc all embellish it perfectly. Great card!
