Playing at the Playground!

I have been absent from the Pixie's Snippets Playground Challenge for many weeks. It is # 221. Blogging has, (I'm sorry to say)  been a bit stale.  This card screamed to join the fun since I used a whole assortment of scraps from the corner of my desk.

The Tim Holtz Crazy Birds came to my house by way of a friend, but I loved them so much, I just had to buy my own set.  All I need now are the accessories stamps

All of the papers are bits that I used on Easter cards and such, but I thought they make a bright, wonderful background.  The epoxy words are from Heidi Swapp, and a great find at the local Tuesday Morning store at .99 a sheet.

Today's big snow has blown out to sea, and the most we could get is a coating late tonight... Phew!  I really wanted my pretty Daffodils to open completely and be ready for Easter photos.  Enjoy your week leading up to the holiday, for those who celebrate.

Those birds always bring a smile to my face, especially when they're made into a cute card like this! Nice job!

Oh I do so love these birdies! A great snippets card and such fun - so good to see you back in the Playground.

PS. The accessories are good fun - especially all the hats!

Mary Anne,
Did you really go buy them LOL. This is just so pretty with all the spring dp. You've already used them more than me.

Lovin' those wonderful Crazy Birds!!! So much fun and the mix of patterned paper in the background is outstanding. I never can mix the paper like that and have it look good. This is perfect!
Glad y'all weren't buried in a foot of snow!
