A Bit of Watercolor!

Happy Friday, friends!  Not much creating time, this week, but I did squeeze in a go at my April KOM from Unity Stamps.  I colored my stamps with Marvy markers, and then got my water brush busy, on some watercolor paper.  I love the softness, and then you can go back with the fine point and add a few details.

I found a soft watercolor looking scrap in my stash to add a coordinating border.  My embellishments are handmade crinkle ribbon, bakers twine, and some tiny gems from KI.

I would like to link this up for the following:

Friends with Flair:  Use Unity Stamps
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Anything Goes
Just Us Girls #291:  Word Week Challenge, use twine

Hoping it is feeling more like Spring for everyone now.  The new puppy, Della, is keeping me on my toes, and as mini as she is, she is growing like a weed.  The verdict is still out on whether she and our Black Lab, Jessie, will become good buddies, but they are trying.  Have a great week ahead, and I appreciate the visit.

Oh such a nice card, Mary Anne. Love the soft colors and that sentiment is so perfect and true. Great job making that ribbon. So glad to hear that Della is settling in and I'm sure she and Jessie will become close pals real soon. Pictures of them both would be nice to see. Hint Hint! Enjoy your weekend.

It's almost time for another photo of little Della! They do grow fast. Give her a hug from me and a belly rub too!
