OWH Sketch #185

Here is a card that I made for this weeks OWH sketch challenge #185 on the Stars and Stamps blog. I had this sweet little PB hedgie image in my stash, and knew he had to get used.  I also got to try out a new chevron EF from Darcies, and some Recollections washi tape.  Do you think the little Prima flowers gave it the right pop?   I used the Gina K. Designs, Sandy Beach card stock as my base.

Hope all is well.  Got to spend some time with dear friends, last night.  Even got an unexpected pasta meal !  Thank goodness for little blessings.  Sometimes we just get so caught up in our weekly ruts, that an unexpected pleasure really gives us a boost.

Hi Mary Anne, been really absent this summer but after looking back through your posts I can see you have been busy creating some gorgeous cards. Love the scarecrow and the flip flop ones especially. The baby pics are the best though, what a handsome fella and looks so happy and content. Glad you are enjoying your summer.

Adorable card, Mary Anne. I think the little flowers are just the perfect amount of pop and you can't go wrong with hedgehogs in my book. The washi tape played a very nice roll on this one. It was nice to hear about your good time and meal. Enjoy the rest of the week.
