Woof!

I had made a couple of cards to add to my Operation Write Home box, and I just wanted to share them.  These are for no special challenge, just made on a whim.  I hope that some Hero finds them cute enough to share with his loved ones.

I recently purchased a few Inky Antics stamp sets, and this one called Delightful Dogs, is a favorite.  Most of my papers are just scraps from my bin and coloring done with Copics.  I created flag banners on the one, and used a grass die and skyline die, on the other. There was an EF used, also.  The dies are from MFT Die-namics.  I added some bling, with some Queen and Co. gems.

Okay, my friend Carol talked me into entering this second doggie over at Simon Says Stamp.  The theme is Travel/ Cityscapes.  Thanks for the heads up, Carol!

That's it for now.  I am off to work for a bit.  I just want to send prayers to Boston, and now West, TX,  and the devastating factory blast they are dealing with today.  Bless you all.

Isn't it fun to create 'just because'? Love your cards, Mary Anne, and I know that a soldier someplace far away will smile when he/she sees them, as will their loved ones back home, when they find them in their mailbox! God bless you for supporting such a wonderful cause! Hugs...

OMG how cute, both of them and so appropriate for our heroes. You always come up with such great scenes on your cards. they both have so much dimension which really shows in the photos. Have a wonderful day.

Mary Anne, I love these Inky Antics dog stamps, have a couple of sets too. How perfect for Operation Write Home, too. I have a nephew that has been in the Marines for almost a year now, and he misses his dog so much. His Mom posts pics of the dog on facebook so he can see him. These are going to be so appreciated and they turned out so cute!!

Hugs
Sue

These are such great cards with those doggie images! I love the sentiment on the first! LOL
You should enter the last card at Simon Says Stamp challenges as it's a "cityscape or travel" theme this week!

BOTH are adorable!!! I'm a sucker for all things "doggie" and LOVE these precious cards! Really like the primary colors and banners in that first one - and the second is just adorable! He looks like he REALLY does miss someone. Two wonderful cards!
