Quick Little Update....

     Thanks for all of the thoughts, prayers, and kind words, blogger friends!  Sorry I did not get back sooner.  After hours and hours in the ER the other day, DH was sent home, yet again.  He has been resting here for the last couple days.  The family Dr. is just flipping furious.  He has been our Dr. for 37 years, and when he called the house on Wednesday night at 9:30 p.m. to check on DH, he let it be known.  These insurance companies tie the Dr.'s hands.  He still thinks that DH will need surgery, and now that things have calmed a bit, we are hoping it can be postponed until after our sons wedding in April.  If not, then let God take it into his hands. I have not gone into details, as it is just not good blog talk.  I will just say we are trying to avoid a ruptured bowel.  Get the picture?

    Thanks again, and I hope to create a few things soon.  Maybe even today!

My prayers are with you. Darn these insurance companies. It is so frustrating that they hold us hostage!

I know what could be the end result of your DH's condition, so let's hope things improve from here. None of us has a prayer against big insurance and pharma, but hopefully his doctor will keep a close eye on him and get him through this with no more pain. I'm glad he's resting now, and hopefully you are staying calm too! Sending {{hugs}}
Thanks for the update too!
