So happy to be at the Friday mark, once again. Hope everyone had a great week! I have a couple of Valentine's to share with you today. Here is what I have for
Friends with Flair, this week.
My first card uses Bazzill card stock, some sparkly satin ribbon faceted zebra gems from Recollections, and some scraps of zebra paper from Momenta. The stamps are from the December, Unity KOM , called Warmth of Winter. I used a punch for the little windows, and fussy cut around the heart.
I would also like to enter this card into the
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge, called Have a Heart!
My second card was created in my effort to use up some of my older 12x12 designer paper. I am starting to cut it down and do direct stamping. I used Memento, Pistachio ink. These stamps are from the new January, Unity kit of the month called Magic of Beginnings. The stamps are just gorgeous! I used darker green card to add hearts and a fishtail banner, with one little silver heart accent. Keeping it simple.
That is it for now. If you are a lover of Unity stamps, please be sure to check out the Garage Sale, Unity has going on, this weekend.

What a great duo of Valentines! I love the first one with the vivid red colors and gorgeous zebra gems! The 2nd is softer and more vintage and equally beautiful! Keep that shovel handy - I think we're gonna be using it :)
I lovelovelove that first card! How fun is that heart stamp? Cute stuff! :)
Both are really cute valentines! Great job!
On the second card I like your idea with the direct stamping on some of you DP. The only problem for me...I never do well when I do direct to paper stamping...smile...
Hope you have a good week, (and are ready for our snow...LOL!)
Both of these are fantastic - but I'm in love with the first one. Love the way you cut out the hearts with zebra print behind. Very pretty cards! Hope you have a great weekend - and stay warm. I hear that snow is on the way!

Two super nice cards, Mary Anne. The first one is so fun and I love the zebra touches. Your second card looks fantastic stamped on the designer paper, Great idea. I'll have to start to do more of that. I've got to find a way to bring down this pile of 12 x 12 papers. I think you are getting some snow and we are too. Ours will not start until tomorrow morning, and only 1-4 inches. But we'll see what really happens. Hope you don't get too much.
Beautiful cards, Mary Anne. The first is so rich and very romantic and the second feels much warmer to me but so very sweet. Love the stamps you chose this week! Hope you have a great weekend.
Lovely cards Mary Anne. I love the couple stamp. This kit is on my wish list. Thanks for the inspiration.
So pretty! I really love the green stamped images and design on the second card!
Very elegant valentine in the red/black/white. Love the bold patterned paper with the zebra stripe almost hidden in there!!
Great idea to do direct stamping on your older patterned paper. I have soooooooooooooo much of that in my stash. I will have to try this idea! Thanks for the inspiration.

Mary Anne, these are both pretty but the red and black one is a real stunner. Awesome design.
Very interesting. And very cool
Both cards are lovely.
I love the neutral tones of the second card. You inspired me to use a stamp that I was afraid to use. Both cards are wonderful.
Fabulous cards, I especially love your first card, the black and white are very striking
Thank you for joining us at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.
