A Little Friday Flair......

Happy last day of the week.  With being away until Monday night, the week has just zoomed.  I was able to get a couple cards created during the evenings, but not many.  Here are two I made with this months Unity KOM.  Please be sure to pay visits to all of the wonderful paper crafters, that link up for Friends with Flair, over on the Unity Blog.

Card one uses the adorable panda stamp that was included in kit.  My color scheme is Wild Wasabi, and So Saffron. The designer paper is from Webster Pages.  I added a paper doily, mini Prima flowers, green ribbon, and gold half beads as embellishments.

I would also like to enter this first card over on the Stars and Stamps Blog, for their Mid Week Throw down, which is Thank You cards.

My second card is for this busy wedding season.  I white embossed the wedding bells from the kit, and then layered on Old Paper, and Peacock Feather Distress Inks.  I actually let a few sharp edges happen on purpose, so it would look like fabric layers.  My designer paper is from my scrap bin, as is the teal card stock.  I stamped my sentiment with DI, also.  Teal half pearls, and tiny gems were added for that special glitz.

That is all I have for you today.  Have a glorious weekend, wherever you are.  We are expecting a real beauty!

Two exciting cards, Mary Anne. I love that darling panda and the little flowers and gems as well as the green ribbon/bow. Your second card is gorgeous. You can manage to come up with beautiful creations on little time. Can you give me some lessons on how to do that? Enjoy this weekend.

The second one is stunning! Love those beautiful bells and the arrangement you used on the card. So pretty!
