Happy Monday!

I just wanted to share a quick card I created for the ribbon challenge over at Create With Bubbe. Today is the last day for the challenge and I can't let my buddy Olga get the best of me!

My card uses stamps I have had for years that came from The Stamping Studio. I just love these shamrocks and irish blessing. The shamrocks are so much fun to layer in different colors! I used soft sand and grass green, Pure Luxury card stock from GKD. My inks are Memento black, and SU! olive green and soft suede. The ribbon is from Michael's 1$ bin and I added a green Prima flower to my ribbon knot. I tend to go for theses stamps every St Patrick's Day. I just love their rustic look.

As some of you know, I had the pleasure of shopping for my DD's wedding gown this past weekend. Let me just say that it was one of the best experiences we have shared together! It only took 5 gowns until she found "The Gown"! I will never forget the look on her face when she stepped in front of the 3-way mirror. I knew the look because it was the same one I saw when she found the venue for the reception. Oh, to see your children happy, is a wonderful feeling!

Happy Valentine's Day my friends. Hope you get to spend it with the one you love!

love that sentiment
I also got misty with you talking about Dee's expression -I remember that feeling so well (followed by saying to myself...oh please dont let it cost a fortune LOL) of course if either of them had been - I would have sold whatever it took ,,if needed to get them their dresses. Fortunately both daughters "loved" ones in the budget (-:
big hug to you!!
