Today I would like to share a little watercolor that I did for absolutely no reason.  I saw a technique where you stamp your image with light Distress Ink.  I slowly wet and worked the image that was stamped in Antique Linen.  The bird stamp is from Heartfelt Creations, and I have had it for ages.

I used some scraps of papers from my stash, a couple of brads, and a Xyron/Spellbinders Shapez die to cut out my birds.

Just a quick post, and I am glad to share!  Thanks for the visit.

Those birds look heavenly in those dreamy watercolors! I love how you blended the colors, yet kept the image distinctively clear! Very pretty card!

Mary Anne,
This one turned out really cute and well blended. It's nice to play just to play.

You did a masterful job with the watercoloring on this pretty card, Mary Anne! I'm sure you'll find the reason you made it when you discover just the right occasion to send this to some lucky recipient!! Hugs, Darnell
